Construction Project Manager (Structural Concrete) We are currently partnered with one of the nation's leading Concrete contractors. The Project Manager (concrete) will: Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, designers, and contractors, ensuring clear communication and coordinated execution. Establish and manage project controls including cost tracking, reporting, documentation, and contract administration in coordination with estimating and accounting teams. Lead project safety efforts by implementing company safety programs, coordinating audits, addressing hazards, and actively participating in jobsite safety meetings. Develop, issue, and actively manage project schedules with the superintendent and project engineer, ensuring milestones, critical path, and corporate scheduling standards are met. Oversee subcontractor procurement, prequalification, and contract execution, including pre-award conferences and purchase orders. Define project goals, staffing needs, and baseline profit objectives in collaboration with operations leadership. Manage all financial aspects of the project, including change orders, billings, payments, cost projections, and monthly financial reviews. Monitor construction progress, lead project meetings, and conduct preconstruction coordination with key subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery. The Successful Applicant: Bachelors in Construction Management, Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in Construction Project Management Experience managing Concrete packages with either a specialty contractor or GC self-perform group Knowledge of construction, design, finance and management plus thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, standards and procedures required. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy essential.
