Join Our Team We're hiring a full-time/part-time per diem LPN for both North Side/West/East side areas. As part of our dynamic team, you'll deliver 1:1 patient care in the home setting. Qualifications Qualifications Current, unencumbered Licensed Practice Nurse license in the state of Arizona At least 1 year of home health nursing experience Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities Knowledgeable in health and safety standards and compliance Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, BLS CPR card, and current TB skin test or chest X-ray Physically capable of standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and transferring up to 50 pounds Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients Provide basic patient care and treatment Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment Educate and update patients on medical treatments
