Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Axia Care Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. CNAs play a critical role in supporting residents with their daily needs, promoting comfort and dignity in a long-term care environment. Qualifications: Current New Jersey CNA certification Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred Strong communication, observation, and time management skills Compassionate, patient, and dependable Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Must be able to lift, move, and assist residents as needed Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Provide support with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper safety techniques Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health indicators Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition Maintain clean and safe resident environments Respond to call bells and resident requests in a timely manner Support residents with companionship and respectful communication Document care provided according to facility policy Follow all infection control, safety, and facility procedures About Axia Care Center We specialize in delivering innovative solutions and exceptional services to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
