Our challenge We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Kafka, and front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.js. Cloud experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Additional InformationThe base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $95k - $105k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and Spring Boot. Design and implement microservices architecture to support business requirements. Integrate and manage data streaming solutions with Kafka. Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular or React.js. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Requirements: Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems. Hands-on experience with Angular or React.js. Good understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred but not required. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud deployments and cloud-native applications. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Prior experience working in an Agile environment. We offer: A highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
