Inpatient Psychiatrist – Richmond, TX | Monday–Friday | Direct Hire Location: Richmond, Texas Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Salary Range: $240,000 – $290,000 Overview: A leading correctional healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Inpatient Psychiatrist to join its mental health team in Richmond, TX. This role offers a structured inpatient setting with predictable hours, strong clinical support, and the ability to focus on patient care without productivity quotas or private practice billing requirements.
