About the Role: We are currently seeking a "Safety Director". The ideal candidate leads company-wide safety programs across all projects and worksites, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements. This position requires the ability to work 5 days on site either in office or job site. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Promote and ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and clients' safety requirements. Foster and promote a strong safety culture. Implement construction and general industry safety programs Perform Safety Audits, Safety Management, Safety Training Representing the company at safety meetings with clients Business Development Visit the active construction project sites Required Qualifications: Fifteen plus years of progressive experience in the safety field Ability to work 5 days on site either in office or job site Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills OSHA 30-Hour Construction OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER Preferred: Additional Safety Certification Confined Space Entry Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Certification Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) Certification OSHA Hazardous Communication OSHA Trainer Estimated Annual Compensation: Starting at $170,000, depending on experience We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
