Job Type Part-timeDescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY Milwaukee Rep is seeking enthusiastic bilingual teachers to join our Education & Engagement Team. The E&E Department serves approximately 20,000 individuals each year through school programs, summer camps, adult and youth classes, engagement events, student matinees, and more. Teaching Artists actively engage with the community by delivering and occasionally creating curriculum for all ages. This role is designed to increase program access to Spanish-speaking participants. Major Duties and Responsibilities Include:Lead education and engagement programs in English and/or SpanishImplement curriculum for after-school and in-school workshops and residenciesDevelop and/or adapt curriculum as assigned for specific classroom needsCollect student work and anecdotal evidence for assessment and reporting purposesMaintain ongoing communication with Education staff and program partners, including completing and submitting bi-weekly check-ins, timesheets and attending Teaching Artist meetingsAdditional duties as assigned by the Manager of Career PathwaysAttend student matinees as available SCHEDULE A large portion of the work will happen during regular business hours, with additional nights and weekends to accommodate School of Theater classes, Saturday programs, Next Narrative Monologue Competition residencies, and other special events. The ideal start date is late January 2026. The majority of programming takes place during the September-June school year, with special events and other projects such as the Milwaukee Rep Arts Camp taking place over the summer.RequirementsREQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION Fluency in Spanish and EnglishExperience and/or training as an artist and/or educator.
