Forklift Operator

Key Responsibilities: Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, and/or pallet jack forklifts to move, load, and unload materials Receive, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments Stack and unstack pallets, secure loads, and prepare orders for shipment Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies Inspect equipment before use and report maintenance needs Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety and warehouse procedures Complete documentation (logs, shipping papers, etc.) accurately Qualifications: Valid forklift operator certification and proven experience (X years preferred) Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic inventory systems (WMS experience a plus) Ability to lift up to [weight] and perform physical tasks throughout shift Strong attention to safety, detail, and time management
