Associate Dentist - Part TimeLocation: Garden City, New York Compensation: Salary Range: $140,000 - $220,000 annually (annualized earnings potential) Schedule Requirements: Must be available to work every Saturday; optional availability for two Thursdays per month Compensation Structure: Strong minimum daily guarantee plus percentage of collections Growth Opportunities: Defined path for bonus potential and expanded earnings Position Summary A highly respected, technology-advanced fee-for-service dental practice is seeking an experienced Part-Time Associate Dentist to join a collaborative and patient-focused clinical team. Practice Environment Established practice with strong reputation and loyal patient following 100% Fee-For-Service patient base Approximately 3,250 active patients Multi-provider team including dentists and hygienists 12 fully equipped operatories Broad scope of in-house specialty services including oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, and general anesthesia Collaborative, growth-oriented team culture focused on clinical excellence and transparency Technology & Clinical Support Fully digital workflow Multiple chairside milling and same-day dentistry systems Cone Beam imaging Intraoral scanning technology Advanced diagnostic and treatment planning capabilities Strong specialty collaboration within the practice Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dental care Perform detailed examinations and develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans Provide procedures including crown and bridge, implant restorations, clear aligner therapy, and same-day dentistry Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health strategies Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members to ensure seamless patient experiences Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, infection control, and ethical care delivery Manage schedule effectively while maintaining exceptional quality of care Participate in continuing education and skill development initiatives Compensation & Benefits Competitive daily guarantee with percentage of collections Defined bonus and growth opportunities Dental treatment allowance 401(k) retirement plan eligibility Malpractice insurance coverage Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active New York dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain) Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred Completion of GPR or AEGD preferred Experience with crown and bridge, implants, clear aligners, and same-day dentistry strongly preferred Strong organizational, time-management, and clinical decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ideal Candidate Profile Patient-first clinician with strong relationship-building skills Comfortable practicing in a high-touch fee-for-service environment Collaborative mindset with desire to contribute to team success Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and accountability Motivated to expand clinical capabilities and participate in practice growth Promotes a positive workplace culture centered on learning and open communication
