Accounts Receivable Specialist (Collections) Atlanta SuperSource, Inc. Kennesaw, GA Full-Time | Monday-Friday Job Overview Super Source, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage B2B customer accounts, process payments, and collect outstanding balances. This role works closely with Route Sales Managers (RSMs) to monitor account activity, resolve billing issues, and maintain strong customer relationships. The position also assists customers by handling incoming calls related to billing, invoices, and payment questions. Our accounting system is Acumatica ERP, and we utilize XMC for route sales operations. Responsibilities Manage and monitor customer accounts receivable balances Process incoming payments including checks, ACH, credit cards, and portal payments Apply payments accurately within Acumatica ERP Perform collections on past-due accounts through phone calls and email Send customer statements, invoices, and payment reminders Work with Route Sales Managers to review 45, 60, and 90-day aging reports Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues with customers and sales teams Post and reconcile daily deposits and branch payments Assist with bank reconciliation and payment variance resolution Enter and reconcile route sales payments and driver account activity Generate AR reports for sales meetings and account reviews Answer incoming customer calls regarding invoices, payments, account, service inquiries Qualifications Required 2+ years of Accounts Receivable and collections experience Experience managing customer accounts and collecting past-due balances Experience working in an ERP accounting system Strong customer service and phone communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Experience with Acumatica ERP Experience working in B2B accounts receivable Experience with route sales or distribution environments Familiarity with XMC or route accounting systems Familiar with Mac computer systems Equal Opportunity Employer Super Source, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides equal employment opportunities to all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable law.
