Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description Candidates in this role will be assisting a machine operator and working in a team environment. Individuals will be trained and expected to help out in every process of the converting process and will be trained to become a lead operator. This role involves 8-hour shifts, and candidates will be on their feet in a temperature-controlled environment. Responsibilities Assist machine operators in daily tasks. Participate actively in the converting process. Engage in training to progress towards becoming a lead operator. Ensure quality by inspecting products during the process. Operate machinery, including rewind and forklifts. Essential Skills 6 months of previous manufacturing experience within the last 2 years. Ability to lift 30lbs consistently. Capability to stand, bend, twist, squat, and rotate throughout an 8-hour shift. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus. High School Diploma is preferred but not required. Strong attendance record as verified by references. Why Work Here? Work Environment The facility is a newer building equipped with modern machinery and dedicated space for warehousing large rolls of tissue and boxes of finished products. The environment is temperature-controlled, comfortable, and clean, with some noise that is manageable. Hearing protection is available but not required. Work shifts are available for 1st (5 am to 1 pm), 2nd (1 pm 9 pm) and 3rd (9 pm to 5 am) shifts. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Kaukauna, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
