We are actively looking for great caregivers to fill these open positions: Companionship & personal care for Alzheimer's client in Cos Cob - Mon/Wed/Sat - 24 hours per week Transfers/Pivot Transfers for MS client in Weston, CT. Weekends - 48 hours paid Companionship for elderly client in Weston, CT. Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 10am to 2pm. Housekeeper for client in Stamford CT. Responsibilities and Duties: Our Caregivers are responsible for providing hands-on, non-medical, quality care to clients of Collaborative Home Care. Caregivers provide care based on the plan of care for their clients, which includes activities of daily living such as personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, medication reminders) and companion care (e.g. conversation, hobbies and activities, shopping).
