You'll be the friendly face (or voice) that parents and kids interact with, so bringing your positive, can-do attitude daily is key. What You'll Do From answering phones, helping with customer questions, handing out a lot of bandaids, or keeping our workspace organized, you'll be doing a bit of everything to keep things running smoothly. Greet and assist families with a smileAnswer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-personProvide support with sign-ups and schedulingKeep our space tidy and organizedHelp with inventory and computer tasksBe a team player and bring that positive energy every day What We're Looking For We're after someone who's all about creating positive experiences.
