Accounts Receivable

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client in Nassau County to fill an Accounts Receivable/Billing position. We are looking for a detailoriented Accounts Receivable / Biller to join their accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the financial operations of a growing organization. It is onsite, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. This is a temp to hire position and can pay $30 per hour and $65K when perm. Key Responsibilities: • Generate and process customer invoices accurately and timely • Manage billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies • Apply customer payments and maintain AR records • Assist with collections and follow up on outstanding balances • Reconcile accounts and support monthend close activities • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing information • Maintain organized and compliant documentation Qualifications: • Prior experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Billing • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment • Strong communication and followup skills Why Join this company?
