Warehouse Coordinator

PMI is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator who is responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and ensuring that all materials are properly stored, tracked, and documented. The Warehouse Coordinator will require attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: Verify incoming material for identification, count, and condition against packing slips. Report discrepancies and damages to delivery Driver and Purchasing Manager upon discovery for resolution. Monthly inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records. Send all delivery tickets to the Purchasing Manager. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by means of sweeping and blowing debris and emptying all trash cans. Qualifications 1+ years of experience working in Inventory/Warehouse. Education: High School Diploma required. Experience in the construction industry preferred.
