Validation Technician

Perform and document calibrations on temp, pressure, flow, and analytical instruments (pH/conductivity) in cGMP environments using ALCOA+ standards Ensure NIST traceability and maintain calibration data in CCMS (e.g., Blue Mountain, Maximo) Support OOT investigations and troubleshoot instrumentation to minimize downtime Assist with audits/inspections and maintain compliance with SOPs, safety (LOTO), and cleanroom gowning Oversee vendors to ensure quality and safety standards are met Must-Have Skills/Qualifications: Hands-on calibration experience (temp, pressure, flow, analytical instruments) xywuqvp Strong cGMP and documentation (ALCOA+) knowledge Experience with CCMS systems (Blue Mountain, Maximo) Troubleshooting and OOT investigation experience Understanding of NIST traceability and audit readiness
