Job Title: Warehouse Associate - 1st ShiftJob DescriptionJoin a leading manufacturer specializing in probiotics, enzymes, bacteria, and bio-solutions as a Warehouse Associate. Be part of a team that operates the world's largest deep freezer, maintaining a temperature of -55 degrees Celsius.Responsibilities Operate sit down forklifts to maneuver materials. Load and unload trucks and frozen trailers of materials. Stage orders for shipment. Work inside a -55 degree Celsius freezer performing cycle counts, picking orders, and compacting materials. Utilize SAP/ERP system to track and manage inventory. Use RF Scanners for inventory management. Maintain freezer cleanliness by scraping ice off floors. Essential Skills 2+ years of Material Handling/Warehouse experience. 1+ years of ERP/SAP experience. 1+ years of experience in loading/unloading trucks. Comfortable working in a -55 degree freezer. Experience with inventory, cycle counting, sanitization, and palletizing. Proficient in RF scanner usage. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to read and write in English. Basic math skills. Spend up to 80% of your workday in an ultra-cold freezer at -55 degrees Celsius, with all necessary PPE (including snow suit/freezer suit, face mask, boots, hearing protection, safety glasses, radio) provided. The remaining 20% of your time will be spent in ambient warehouse conditions.
