Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shipping Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately for delivery Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload materials safely Maintain organized stock levels through proper stocking and inventory control practices using warehouse management systems like AS400 and MRP software Ensure all shipments meet safety and quality standards by following proper packaging procedures Utilize warehouse distribution techniques to optimize space and workflow efficiency Document all shipping and receiving activities with detailed logs and reports Requirements Bilingual Shipping Professional proficient in English and Spanish, adept in cross-cultural communication Prior warehouse experience with shipping & receiving operations Valid forklift certification; experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400, and MRP software Basic math skills for inventory counting and order calculations Ability to lift heavy packages safely and operate warehouse equipment efficiently Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Join our team to be part of a forward-thinking company that values precision, efficiency, and employee growth.
