We're hiring Picker Packers for a fast-paced warehouse where you'll stay on your feet, keep your hands busy, and your playlist pumping. You will be expected to: Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably and work in a "warehouse-like" setting (non-climate-controlled, noisy). Shifts: Often flexible part-time (1 shift) or full-time (2 shifts) schedules that may include weekends, early mornings, or evenings. Work Environment: Fast-moving and often physically intensive Loading/Unloading: Handling packages of various sizes, placing them into trailers, containers, or delivery vehicles. Sorting & Scanning: Using handheld scanners to track, label, and route packages to correct destinations. Safety Compliance: Adhering to strict safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work area. Operating Equipment: Using pallet jacks and, in some roles, forklifts to move shipments. Physical Activity: Regularly lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching.
