Job Title: Order Picker Location: Germantown, WI Pay Rate: $20 - $22 per hour (increase upon conversion) Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Shift: 2nd Shift Job Summary We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Order Pickers to join our warehouse team in Germantown, WI. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers competitive pay and the potential for long-term employment with a growing distribution operation. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse environments and be comfortable operating material handling equipment, with preference given to candidates with stand-up forklift and/or reach truck experience. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners. Operate warehouse equipment to retrieve and move inventory throughout the facility. Safely operate material handling equipment; stand-up forklift and reach truck experience preferred. Verify items and quantities to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Stage completed orders for shipping and assist with loading as needed. Maintain organized picking locations and assist with inventory organization. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Assist with general warehouse duties including stocking, receiving, and housekeeping. Qualifications Previous order picking or warehouse experience required. Forklift experience preferred, specifically stand-up forklift and/or reach truck. Experience working in a high-volume distribution environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
