Laborer

Mechanical Installers will be assigned to one of three crews: Pile Install , Racking Install , or Module Install . Each crew supports large-scale solar construction operations across a 3,000-acre site. This role is highly physical, outdoors, and production-drivenRacking Install CrewResponsible for installing solar racking systems, including: Assisting operators with unloading racking materials and equipment Transporting materials from the laydown yard to active work areas Staging and organizing nuts, bolts, and hardware required for installation Reading blueprints or working with the foreman to ensure proper installation procedures Using power drills and hand tools to torque and secure racking systems Measuring distances between racks to verify proper alignment and spacing Working efficiently to meet daily production goals Performing spot quality control (QC) checks on completed installations Walking the full solar farm site during installation activities Skills Outdoor work General labor Solar installation Cable pulling Top Skills Outdoor work General labor Additional Skills & Qualifications 1+ year of construction experience 1+ year of outdoor work experience Experience with truck unloading, material staging, and inventory Ability to repeatedly lift 25+ lbs 1+ year of experience using power tools and hand tools Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Findlay, OH.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
