Staffing Now is urgently hiring Production Operatorsfor a fantastic, family-owned manufacturing company in the Enfield, CT area! These are full time, on-site, Monday-Thursday (8:00am-6:30pm) positions with opportunities for career growth and ongoing training! We are seeking reliable and motivated learners with at least a couple years of manufacturing experience! Duties include loading and unloading metal parts from machinery, filling and stacking boxes, and working alongside a small production team. This company offers a 401k w/ 4% match, PTO (10 days), profit sharing, health insurance (premium FULLY covered by employer), dental/vision insurance, and life insurance.
