Job Title: Fabricator/HelperResponsibilities Deburr, grind, sand, and finish fabricated sheet metal parts to meet quality and dimensional requirements Assist with material handling, including loading, unloading, staging, and moving raw materials and finished components throughout the shop Support welders and fabricators by holding, positioning, and preparing parts for welding and assembly Perform basic fabrication assistance tasks such as cutting, fitting, cleaning, and organizing components Operate hand and power tools such as grinders, sanders, drills, and measuring tools under supervision Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with shop safety standards Assist with inspection of parts for surface defects, sharp edges, or finish issues prior to final processing Follow work instructions, shop drawings, and supervisor direction to meet production schedules Perform general shop support duties as needed to keep workflow moving efficiently Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ladson, SC.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
