Regular and punctual attendance is required of all employees. Safe and proper use of various hand/air/power tools. Properly identify and inspect all parts for defects to ensure quality products. Inspects all connections to ensure they are properly sealed. Properly identify and document vessel parts/components. Prepare and secure parts or vessels for hydrostatic testing per regulatory, customer and internal requirements. Assist in loading shipments. Must have a positive attitude and learn Our Philosophy. Must follow all safety & environmental policies & procedures. Cut and thread pipe. Install, align, and seal flanged pipe. Other duties as required and assigned.REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 6 months heavy assembly/manufacturing/material handling experience, or equivalent experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to safely use Crane and Forklift (certified). Intermediate math skills and ability to read a tape measure required. Must be able to learn pressure gauges, application, and how to read them. Ability to read and understand assembly blueprints and bill of materials. Basic knowledge of lean methods. Must understand and follow the quality & production policy and procedures - detect defects
