Job DescriptionWarehouse Worker Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Pay: $19/hr Location: Sutton, MA Contract: 6 months, potential to hire; benefits available Position Summary The Warehouse Worker supports daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory, and order processing. Responsibilities include unloading and bundling telecom cable, operating a forklift, organizing and labeling product, completing documentation, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety. Reports to the Warehouse Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Receive inbound materials: unload trucks, sort and bundle cable, weigh and record product. Ship orders: pull product from storage, stage/load trucks. Maintain inventory accuracy through counts and documentation. Follow work instructions, schedules, and safety/security protocols. Safeguard equipment and cable; report non-compliance issues. Assist with general warehouse organization. Work overtime as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Forklift experience (must pass internal test). Able to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical requirements. Ability to follow instructions and escalate issues appropriately.
