Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Associate/Forklift Driver- Location: Four Oaks, NC 27524 Pay Rate: $19.25/hr. (Base $18.00/hr. + $1.25 shift differential) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-10:30pm (Overtime as needed) Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Operator 2 to support warehouse and production operations. This role involves operating material handling equipment, maintaining inventory flow, and ensuring accurate movement of goods within a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Candidates with forklift experience and manufacturing backgrounds are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (conveyors, cranes, handcarts, power trucks) Move materials, parts, and finished goods throughout the warehouse or facility Pick, transport, and stage products for shipping or production Maintain accurate records and documentation as needed Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines Perform routine warehouse tasks with attention to quality and efficiency Job Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous forklift experience required Ability to lift and/or move 50+ lbs. regularly Ability to read, write, and understand English Basic math and computer skills Steel toe shoes required Must pass a 10-panel drug screen Willingness to work overtime as needed Preferred Experience: Previous warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience Experience working with material handling equipment Familiarity with SOPs and production environments Job ID: 168314 Keywords: forklift, warehouse associate, material handler, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, shipping and receiving, inventory, production, equipment operator, general labor, pallet jack, crane, warehouse operations, picking, packing
