What We Offer What You Can Expect to Earn: We're committed to rewarding our team for their achievements. Here’s what our compensation package looks like: Base Pay: $16.90/hr depending on experience Commission Potential: Earn an additional $5-$8/hr through Wax Pass sales Additional Performance Bonuses: Up to $90 per pay period Average Total Pay: $19-$24/hr: Entry-level or early career in retail/hospitality $23-$30/hr: 1-3 years' experience with a proven sales track record Growth & Support: Ongoing training, mentorship, and a structured career path to Lead GSA, Assistant Center Manager, and beyond. 30-60-90 day structured onboarding to set you up for success. Positive, proactive mindset with strong communication skills. 1+ year of customer service or retail experience, preferably with sales. Availability for one weekend shift and some flexible weekdays.
