In this role, you will assemble electronic and mechanical components using standardized work instructions, ensuring high quality and efficiency. If you have good hand-eye coordination and a dedication to continuous improvement, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Assemble components according to standardized work instructions, top-level, and sub-level drawings. Manufacture electronic and mechanical part assemblies requiring precision and attention to detail. Read and comprehend manufacturing drawings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Operating Method Sheets (OMS). Maintain a clean and organized workstation in line with 5S principles. Contribute to ongoing process improvements and support a culture of continuous improvement. Adhere to all safety protocols and supervisor instructions. Operate small hand tools and equipment as required. Perform a variety of semi-routine duties and tasks. Qualifications: 1+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently. Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.
