Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Electromechanical Assembler to join our production team. This mid-level position provides exposure to a wide variety of manufacturing tasks across the assembly department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, and eager to develop new skills in a clean, team-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Assembly & Sub-Assembly Assemble electromechanical components such as hoses, cables, control panels and small sub-assemblies. Proficiently reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Familiar with hand tools including crimpers, wire cutters, strippers, & tie wrap gun. Ability to work with power tools to assemble enclosures and sub-assemblies. Support full equipment builds under supervision. Inspection & Quality Perform visual and dimensional inspections using hand tools and gauges. Conducting in-process and final inspections of electro-mechanical assemblies, circuit cards, and sub-assemblies. Other Responsibilities Maintaining a clean and safe work area to specific standards, particularly in clean-room environments. Always follow work instructions and safety procedures. Flex into other departments as needed to support production goals. Willing to cross train and grow with company needs. Working cross-functionally with engineering and production teams. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics/Mechatronics preferred. Generally, 2+ years of experience in precision electromechanical assembly, aerospace, or electronics manufacturing is preferred. Understanding electrical theory with a strong mechanical aptitude is preferred. Comfortable working on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive tasks.
