Description Westaff is Hiring for Picker/Packers and Assemblers in Farmington, CT! 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:00PM 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00PM - 11:00PM 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday, 11:00PM - 7:00AM Pay Rate: $18 -$19.80 an hour, depending on shift Picker/ Packer Responsibilities: Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, staging, and material handling Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks) if certified or trained Load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the facility Maintain accurate counts, labels, and documentation for inventory and production Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies Assembler Responsibilities: Assemble products or components according to work instructions and quality standards Maintain accurate counts, labels, and documentation for inventory and production Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Assist with quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications Candidate Qualifications: Previous warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a bonus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks Basic reading, writing, and computer skills Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Ability to follow safety rules and maintain a safe work environment APPLY TODAY FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION! #Westaffjobs30
