Assembly Line- 2nd Shift

Assembly Line - 1st Shift, 2nd shift, 3rd Shift We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Assembly Associate to help produce high-quality products. You'll operate equipment, inspect parts, follow instructions, and work with other team members to keep production running smoothly. Shift: 1st Shift 7am-3pm - 2nd shift 3pm-11pm - 3rd Shift 11pm-7am Pay: 1st Shift $17.75 2nd & 3rd Shift - $19.25 Responsibilities Set up and run manufacturing and testing equipment Follow standard procedures to make products correctly Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards Perform routine maintenance on tools and machines Read and follow work instructions and keep accurate records Help train new team members on equipment and processes Report any production issues to your team leader Work with other departments like engineering and customer service to meet goals Be flexible-tasks may include molding, assembly, painting, washing, inspecting, and more Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in manufacturing or production preferred Able to read and understand technical instructions Good attention to detail and teamwork skills Willing to learn and take on different tasks Why Work With Us?
