Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping operations involving both small parcel and large freight. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing, packaging, and shipment of goods while maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily shipping operations for small parcel and large freight shipments Prepare, package, and label shipments accurately Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries Track shipments and resolve any shipping issues or delays Maintain shipping records and documentation Support warehouse and logistics operations as needed Qualifications: Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills (shipping systems, tracking tools, etc.) Ability to lift/move packages as needed Compensation: $18-$22/ hour Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
