Technician

Title: Preventative Maintenance Technician (entry level) Department(s): Machine Equipment Maintenance Position Summary: Performs preventive maintenance, daily equipment checks, and repairs on machining equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. Scope of Responsibilities: The PM Technician maintains and repairs machining equipment through daily checks, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and part replacement. The role supports reliable production by servicing coolant systems, ordering needed parts, and assisting with process improvements. Must be flexible to work any shift, including overtime and weekends. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Maintain all Machining equipment * Order parts to maintain production equipment * Complete daily machine checks, Adding oils * Cleaning coolant tanks and repairing leaks. * Complete Preventive Maintenance of all equipment * Assist or plan projects and improvements to process * Provide good communication to Machining, Operation Personnel * Repair or rebuild replacement parts * Complete daily problem items as needed * Overtime & Weekends is required for this position Preferred Training/Experience: Preferred but not required, Training or Knowledge of: * Electrical * CNC * Welding/Fabrication
