Check us out at or !.The job:The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects through planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects, within customer expectations and company objectives. The Project Manager is responsible for providing project deliverables to customers on schedule and within budget requirements. The Project Manager serves as the primary customer interface for coordination and enhancement of client relations. The skills you need:To succeed in this role, you will:Review Contract Scope of Work, Terms and Conditions prior to execution of contract documents and project implementationManage customer expectations and relationshipsBe Responsible for the safe delivery of project deliverables to meet customer and budget requirements, while maintaining high quality standardsContract administration, including invoicing, cost forecasting, cashflow, schedule management, quality assurance documentationPlan and schedule work activities with Revere personnel, subcontractors and customersIdentify and manage areas of risk and change managementReport project performance, areas of concern, risks, contractual issues to division and corporate managementDeliver engineering, project coordination, write engineering specifications, establish appropriate design methods, report preparation and coordination, equipment sizing and selection and working directly with customersDrive profitability of projects and satisfaction of customers through quality work and on-time / on-budget deliveryDevelop and manage plans for response to emergencies such as control system failures, natural disastersEvaluate employee performance, matches abilities and job requirements and capitalizes on talents to effectively meet business objectives; Ensures that business initiatives and progress toward goals are effectively communicated to employeesDevelop and manage overall project scheduleControl and maintain the project budgetDevelop schedule of values and project plansSchedule coordination for project tasks and resources with Engineering Group Managers and other Project Managers to ensure a team environmentEnsure safety measures and procedures during the execution of the projectManage overall change management process including change order estimates, proposals and negotiations with the customerCommunicate plan and related project status reports to key stakeholders and management as well as risks and mitigation strategiesIdentify and coordinate responsibilities to project team members and monitor progress of work activities including hours, costs and deliverablesMinimize project rework and promote greater project successMonitor and summarize progress of the projects to customer and to company managementUpdate project forecasts monthlyInsure timely invoicing and collection of receivablesProvide input for performance evaluation of engineering resources for related project activitiesMentor the engineering team membersIdentify new business opportunities and refer to sales departmentAssist the sales departments in the quotation processMaintain good relationships with customers, consultant engineers, vendors, and employeesPerforms other job-related duties as assignedEducation, Experience and Ability Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent related Project Management experienceExtensive experience/knowledge of engineering, construction, design, finance and management requiredMinimum of five (5) years of experience in project engineering or project managementFive (5) to Seven (7) years progressive lead and/or supervisory experience within your Industry's environment through the knowledge of the methods, techniques, principles, and practices of your Industry's control systemsAbility to monitor work performance and task implementation of resources assigned to projectsAbility to oversee all aspects of projects by planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects to quality standardsAbility to manage customer expectations and relationshipsPMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirableExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProject Engineering experience desirableAbility to effectively meet and deal with the publicAnswering your questions:When you are considering a new job, it is normal to have a ton of questions.
