Production Helper

Job Summary: The Production Helper supports daily manufacturing operations within a high-volume production environment. This role focuses on assisting packaging and wrap-up operations to ensure product moves efficiently through conveyor systems with minimal waste. Production Helpers work alongside automated equipment and production teams to maintain quality, pace, and cleanliness throughout the process.Shift Schedule: 12 Hour shifts, with start times ranging from 5am-6: 30pm/5pm-6: 30pmKey Responsibilities: Monitor conveyor lines feeding into packaging areas to prevent backups, spills, or product waste. Assist with packaging and wrap-up operations by maintaining consistent product flow and spacing. Support automated equipment by observing operations and reporting issues to leads or supervisors. Perform general production support tasks, including light material handling and housekeeping. Follow all safety, quality, and operational guidelines at all times.Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Willingness to work around automated machinery and conveyor systems. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail to ensure smooth product flow and minimize waste. Prior manufacturing or packaging experience preferred, but not required.
