We're looking to hire a talented IDoc Associate based in Denton, Texas.Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, the IDoc Associate is responsible for preparing documentation and coordinating the shipment of all international orders from US facilities. This role ensures compliance with export regulations and supports global customer satisfaction through accurate documentation and effective coordination.Primary DutiesPrepare and distribute compliant export documentation for all international shipments leaving the US and international shipmentsCoordinate all international shipments, including communication between customer service, export shipping departments, compliance, freight forwarders, and carriersTroubleshoot international shipment issues (e.g., tracking, damaged or lost freight, post-shipment concerns)Provide support to International Customer Service in investigating and resolving outstanding issuesSupport individual and team goals and initiativesPrepare quotes for international and domestic customer serviceUse documentation software to:Determine country-specific documentation requirementsEnsure shipments are processed through Restricted Party ScreeningDetermine if an Export License is requiredApply accurate HTS, ECCN, and Country of Origin informationEnsure complete accuracy of all documentationPrepare Hazmat documentation for DOT and IMDG requirementsQualificationsEducation RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDCollege degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferredExperience RequirementsMinimum two years of international shipping experience, including document preparationExperience interfacing cross-functionally and with external vendorsTechnical RequirementsProficient in Microsoft Office productsExperience with ERP systems (JDE or SAP preferred)Strong working knowledge of export regulations and documentation requirementsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to analyze and resolve problems effectively and timelyStrong listening and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasksLanguage CapabilitiesFluent in English (read, write, speak)Mobility & Travel RequirementsNo travel requiredWorking ConditionsRemains in a stationary position 50% of the time and involves additional physical demands such as ascending/descending stairs, walking, stooping, and standingMust wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working in the distribution center and manufacturing and plant locationsConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery including but not limited to printer, tablets, cell phonesMoves, transports, puts, or removes equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.; pushes, pulls products weighing up to 200 lbs. using provided safety toolsMay be exposed to varying weather during travelDomestic travel required approximately 0%Note: This position does not support sponsorship.
