Our client is offering up to $55, 000 per year and $75 per lease.Primary Responsibilities:Greets prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs and preferences and close leadsAccurately prepares and assist new residents with all leasing paperwork (i.E. Lease move-in packets, applications, lease agreements and employment and credit checks) and key distributionCollects security deposits, rent and any other charge associated with residents movesCommunicates all lease and community policies to new and current residentsFollows up with all leads and prospects that did not leaseEnsures apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last minute touches when appropriateSeeks out new residents by creative marketing techniquesManages lease renewal processFollows up in a timely manner on all calls, emails and site visitsKnowledge Skills and Abilities:One to two years of experience as an apartment leasing consultantAbility to communicate effectively both in writing and verballyBasic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and exposure to social mediaAbility to work day, weekend, and evening hours as requiredWe believe in delivering the highest level of service to our clients and associates every day.
