Produce reports that summarize and forecast company financial performance, including income, expenses, earnings, production volumes, and field-level results. Partner with ownership and senior leadership on continuous process improvement and ad hoc financial needs. Drive efficiency and reliability in core reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis utilizing Excel and Yardi. Oversee local and state tax filings related to oil & gas activity (property tax, sales/use tax, production/severance tax where applicable). Must-Have Skills/Experience (Required) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Minimum 7 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably within upstream or midstream oil & gas. Strong understanding of GAAP and oil & gas accounting principles (revenue, JIB, production, LOE, DD&A). Ability to perform complex calculations for bookkeeping, budgeting, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
