Job Description Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring General Labor | Food Production positions in Streamwood, IL. Details for General Labor | Food Production position: $15-15.50 / Hour (Based on Shift) Monday-Saturday 1st shift 6:30 am - 4 pm 2nd Shift: 3:30pm-2am Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service Fast Start Date Weekly Pay Job duties for General Labor | Food Production: Trimming, erecting corrugated boxes, general housekeeping (Utility), material handling functions, performing rework, condiment inserter and product spreading in a food manufacturing environment Packing bags in corrugated boxes and palletizing while meeting and exceeding all safety, quality, and efficiency standards Perform visual inspection of all raw products while performing the trimming process, product spreading, and rework functions Communicate quality issues of raw product to the appropriate personnel Ensure prompt and timeliness of changeovers when performing condiment inserter functions Maintain a clean and organized working environment Ability to meet daily production standards Completes any other related tasks as needed Qualifications for General Labor | Food Production: High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to understand and execute actions based on of verbal and visual instructions Able to work in a noisy, wet and cold environment of approximately 36 degrees Fahrenheit Must be able to work 6 consecutive days, overtime and weekends if necessary Ability to stand for duration of shift Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach If you have the experience and skills we're looking for, apply to Luttrell Staffing for a quick start date!
