Shipping & Receiving Associate Location: Westborough, MA Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company in the area. Responsibilities: Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies Accurately enter shipping and receiving data into internal systems Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to company and carrier requirements Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely movement of materials Maintain organized inventory and storage areas Operate material handling equipment as needed (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices Requirements: 1-3 years of shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills and ability to complete shipping documentation accurately Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift Must be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available) Background check and drug screening may be required Benefits: Use this link /4cGUQSh to learn more about benefits available to Eastridge's temporary employees.
