Vice President of Operations Las Vegas, Nevada Full-Time Overview Our client, a fast-growing provider of smart security and alarm solutions, is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and scale its operational infrastructure from its Las Vegas headquarters. This executive will play a critical role in driving performance, improving systems, and building a high-performing operations function that supports continued regional and national expansion. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with strong execution discipline - someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and can translate vision into structure, process, and measurable results. What You'll Do Provide executive-level leadership across daily operations, including installation, service, logistics, and field performance Design and implement scalable operational systems to support rapid customer growth Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to drive accountability, efficiency, and service excellence Optimize workforce planning, routing, inventory management, and vendor partnerships Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional operations teams, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align operational capacity with revenue goals Improve customer satisfaction through process refinement and service quality standards Evaluate and implement technology solutions that increase visibility and operational efficiency Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost controls to protect margins while supporting growth What You'll Need 8+ years of progressive operational leadership experience, ideally within home services, security systems, field services, or a similarly installation-driven environment Proven experience scaling operations in a high-growth company Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management Demonstrated success leading distributed or field-based teams Expertise in process improvement methodologies and systems optimization Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action Exceptional leadership presence with strong communication and change management skills Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred Why This Role This is an opportunity to step into a pivotal executive role within a company entering its next stage of growth.
