Client Support Specialist - Active Care & Mobility Support: Senior Helpers McKinney is hiring a dependable caregiver for an active, hands-on role supporting a client who requires mobility assistance and daily living support at home.This is not a sit-down companion position. We are seeking someone reliable who is comfortable taking responsibility during their shift, staying active, and maintaining a safe and structured environment for the client. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15, paid biweekly. Responsibilities: Assist with ADL's including bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, and transfers Provide mobility and walking support throughout the home Help maintain client safety and prevent fall risks Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry Accompany client to appointments and errands Maintain a calm, organized environment Communicate with families and care team Complete accurate care documentation Requirements/Qualifications: 2+ years professional care giving or related experience Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation Comfortable assisting with mobility and physical support tasks Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude Strong communication skills Candidates from care giving, military, security, athletics, fitness, transportation, or other hands-on backgrounds who are comfortable with physically active work are encouraged to apply.
