FAE Intern

Responsibilities Assist with technical support for customers using our AI in-memory computing products and SDKs Support software and SDK integration efforts under guidance from senior engineers Help troubleshoot, document, and report technical issues and bugs Contribute to user guides, FAQs, and other technical documentation Collect customer feedback and share insights with product and engineering teams Support customer demos, training sessions, and pre-sales technical activities Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams on customer-related needsRequirements Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field Extensive programming and software development experience from coursework or projects Familiarity with at least one programming language and general software development tools or frameworks Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn Excellent communication skills and interest in customer-facing technical work Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environmentSalary Range: $35-45 USD / hr
