**Business Manager, Learning & Development (Remote)** Clinical Project Manager/Scientist Red Bank, New Jersey, US + Added - 30/03/2026 _Amazing opportunity to work with a leading global biotech organization at the forefront of AI-driven drug discovery and innovation!_ **Job Title:** Business Manager - Learning & Development (Portfolio Operations) **Client:** Confidential global biotech organization (R&D / Computational Sciences) **Location:** Remote (US; EST preferred) **Contract:** Long-term W2 contract through 2026 + benefits (strong extension potential) **Pay Rate:** $50-70/hr DOE **Overview:** Strategic Business Manager role will be supporting a global R&D organization focused on advancing AI, data, and digital capabilities to accelerate drug discovery. This role drives execution of Learning & Development and Operational Guidelines workstreams, helping standardize and scale enterprise processes across a matrixed global environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead execution of L&D and Operational Guidelines workstreams within portfolio operations + Partner with workstream leads on planning, milestones, and delivery execution + Track roadmaps, KPIs, and performance metrics + Support enterprise learning programs and scientific training operations + Coordinate training assignments, workshops, and learning system activities (LMS) + Support rollout of standardized operational processes and governance frameworks + Enable cross-functional alignment across global stakeholders **Required Experience:** + Bachelor's or more advanced depth and breadth of training and experience and who meet job-specific criteria are eligible for consideration.
