Job Full Description Forklift Operator / Material Handler Express Employment Professionals - Brookfield, WI Pay: $18-$22/hr Job Type: Full-time About the Role Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operator / Material Handler to support warehouse operations for multiple client sites in the Brookfield area. In this role, you'll help ensure efficient material movement, accurate inventory control, and a safe working environment. Responsibilities Unload incoming materials and merchandise and place them in assigned locations. Move, stack, and organize products using forklifts, pallets, and crates. Identify product damage, quality issues, or shortages and report them promptly. Transport raw materials to production workstations. Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on forklift equipment to ensure safety. Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and activity logs. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and legal guidelines. Help keep the warehouse organized, clean, and operating efficiently. Requirements Previous experience as a forklift operator preferred. Valid forklift certification preferred but not required. High school diploma or GED. Ability to work safely with industrial equipment. Good physical condition and coordination to handle warehouse tasks. Schedule Multiple shift lengths: 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour schedules.
