Loader Operator

INDUSTRY: Ready-Mix Concrete LOCATION: Haskell, TX CONTEXT: Our clients are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Loader/Operator to join their team in Haskell, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery, primarily focusing on front-end loaders, to move materials and maintain site efficiency. The ideal candidate is a versatile operator who can transition seamlessly between different types of equipment while maintaining high standards of precision and safety. RESPONSIBILITIES: Expertly operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts, backhoes, or excavators) to move, load, and grade materials. Demonstrate the ability to operate multiple pieces of equipment throughout the shift based on site requirements. Efficiently load trucks, feed hoppers, or stockpile materials while ensuring minimal waste and maximum safety. Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment to ensure mechanical integrity; report any maintenance needs or safety hazards immediately. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work site, adhering to all local and federal safety regulations. QUALIFICATIONS: 1-2 years of heavy equipment operating experience is preferred. Proven experience specifically with front-end loaders or similar heavy machinery. Comfortable learning new equipment and switching between machines as needed. Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and consistent performance in an outdoor or industrial environment. Deep understanding of heavy equipment safety protocols and a "safety-first" attitude.
