Build Strong Connections: Establish lasting relationships with our neighbors, ensuring each call is an opportunity to offer thoughtful recommendations and guidance tailored to their needs. Use Technology & Resources: Work with computers and a variety of other resources to track neighbor details, ensure accurate order processing, and enhance the neighbor's experience with us. Collaborate for Success: Partner with teammates to solve challenges, refine processes, and ensure every neighbor feels valued and heard throughout their journey.
