Patient Registration Representative

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Patient Registration Representative to manage patient accounts, provide information about company products, handle patient intake, and serve as a liaison between customers and the company. Additional responsibilities include processing patient reimbursement information and coordinating patient information and services for clean claims. Key Responsibilities Manage patient accounts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of durable supplies and services. Provide information to customers about company products. Handle patient intake processes. Act as a liaison between customers and the company regarding supply sales. Receive and process patient reimbursement information from patients, physicians, hospitals, and third-party payers. Coordinate patient information and services to ensure clean claims. Qualifications Medical terminology knowledge. 1 year of Customer Service and Clerical skills required. Ability to handle high levels of multi-tasking and withstand high workload, high-stress environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. High School Diploma. Willingness to receive a flu vaccine. Bilingual and DME Experience preferred. Benefits Paid Sick Leave (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances).
