Project ManagerLocation: USA (Houston, TX preferred)Work Mode: HybridTravel: Up to 50%What You'll Be DoingAs part of the Project Management Office, the Project Manager plays a key role in delivering intelligent automation, MES/MOM, and data solutions across global environments. You engage closely with clients to understand their expectations, translate them into actionable project plans, and guide multidisciplinary teams towards successful execution on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.Your responsibilities include:Lead the full lifecycle of digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 projectsDefine project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables with stakeholdersServe as the primary client-facing project leadCoordinate internal engineering teams and external vendorsTrack progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactivelyApply PMO methodologies, tools, and best practicesCapture lessons learned and contribute to continuous process improvementYou will be successful in this role if you:Lead the full lifecycle of digital transformation projects, ensuring delivery within the agreed scope, budget, and timeframeMaintain strong relationships with clients, project sponsors, and third parties, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the journeyEstablish project scope, objectives, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholdersBuild detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively manage deviationsCoordinate internal teams (System Engineers, Senior System Engineers, Architects, Experts) and external vendors to ensure aligned executionEnsure resource planning and allocation in cooperation with BU Managers and Resource ManagersIdentify risks early, escalate when needed, and define mitigation strategies to protect project outcomesUphold AG Solution's quality standards by using PMO methodology, templates, tools, and best practicesContribute to process improvements by documenting lessons learned, updating PMO guidelines, and sharing knowledge with the teamWho This Role Is a Great Fit For:A proactive, accountable person who takes ownership and drives resultsA strong communicator who manages expectations, builds trust, and brings people togetherPossesses strong documentation skills and process-oriented capabilitiesSomeone who thrives in a dynamic environment, aligns teams, and keeps everyone working toward the same goalA structured, detail-oriented planner who loves turning complexity into clarityA team player who guides, coaches, and supports team members to deliver their best workSomeone who is naturally curious, eager to learn, and comfortable challenging assumptionsRequired Qualifications5+ years of hands-on project management experience, preferably in Digital manufacturing environmentsMinimum of 4-year degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field or equivalent professional experienceHands-on experience with all Knowledge areas in PMI's latest PMBOKStrong understanding of and successful experience with Customer Value DeliveryApplicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorizationPreferred QualificationsSpanish proficiency (speaking, reading, writing): B2 or higherMES/MOM or Industry 4.0 experienceExperience working in global or multicultural project environmentsWork EnvironmentPreferred location: Houston, TXHybrid work model when located near a company officeDynamic travel requirements:Time: 0-50% monthlyDestinations: 75% in North America, 25 elsewhere; locations can include company, customer, and event sitesPlanning: Short notices may occurSome customer work sites may reside outside the United States and may not be governed by U.S. accessibility standards.
