This position offers: $1000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS New hires must meet employment eligibility requirements:- E-Verify background check- Drug testBonus will be paid out upon completion of 90 days of employment with total net amount paid after taxes.Job SummaryThe Fleet Mechanic is responsible for the preventative maintenance, repair, and service of the company's vehicles and landscaping equipment. This role ensures that all machinery and equipment are operational, safe, and efficient, supporting the smooth functioning of landscaping operations. The mechanic will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and repair various types of landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, carts and vehicles. The individual must be proficient with mechanical and technical skills, have good problem-solving skills and good communication skills for interacting with team members.
